In order to adjust production to meet the demand for products and to avoid unnecessary buildup of inventory, Bosch has proposed to suspend all manufacturing operations at the company's Bangalore Plant and Bidadi Plant on December 30, 2015 and December 31, 2015. There is no financial impact on account of the proposed suspension of operations.
