Tata Power, India’s largest integrated power company, has been awarded with ‘CBIP Award for overall outstanding performance in power sector’ at the Central Board of Irrigation and Power (CPIB) Day Celebration 2016, held in New Delhi.
The company has been bestowed with this honour in recognition of its outstanding contribution to the development of the power sector in the country.
Tata Power is India’s largest integrated power company with a growing international presence. The company together with its subsidiaries and jointly controlled entities has an installed gross generation capacity of 8,669 MW and a presence in all the segments of the power sector.
