Deepak Nitrite surges on raising Rs 83.30 crore through private placement

Deepak Nitrite is currently trading at Rs. 74.00, up by 1.00 points or 1.37% from its previous closing of Rs. 73.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 74.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 74.05 and Rs. 74.00 respectively. So far 651 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 86.90 on 28-Jan-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 54.50 on 08-Sep-2015.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 75.40 and Rs. 72.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 848.90 crore.

Deepak Nitrite has raised Rs 83.30 crore from institutional investors through private placement of shares. The project funding committee of board of directors of the company at its meeting has approved the allotment of 1,17,50,000 shares of Rs 2 each at Rs 70.90 apiece.
