GIPCL inches up on issuing Letter of intent to Inox Wind

Gujarat Industries Power Company is currently trading at Rs. 90.90, up by 0.15 points or 0.17% from its previous closing of Rs. 90.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 89.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 92.15 and Rs. 88.00 respectively. So far 38,194 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B ' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 94.40 on 10-Aug-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 65.50 on 25-Aug-2015.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 94.00 and Rs. 82.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1,374.00 crore.

Gujarat Industries Power Company (GIPCL) has issued Letter of intent (LoI) to Inox Wind, Noida in state of Uttar Pradesh, for installation of 26 MW Wind Energy Farm Project at Rojmal Site, Amreli, Gujarat, on EPC basis, with Operation & Maintenance Contract for twenty years. The said Wind Energy Farm Project is scheduled to be completed by December, 2016.
