Further, pursuant to Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015 issued by the Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and pursuant to the internal code for prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company by its Directors & designated employees shall remain closed from closing of business hours on January 29, 2016 until the closing of business hours on February 09, 2016 on account of declaration of the aforesaid Audited Financial Results of the Company.
