Oswal Overseas has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 11, 2016, has approved and record the name of the persons to whom the private placement offer letter to be issue for subscription of preference share on private placement basis for which company has taken the approval from the shareholders through Special Resolution on September 28, 2015; Private Placement Offer Letter in PAS-4; Paramjeet Singh, Managing Director of the Company has been authorized to sign and issue the Private Placement Offer Letter (PAS-4) on behalf of the Company; and issue of private Placement Offer Letter to the person whose names are recorded by the Company.
