Triveni Engineering & Industries has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 20, 2016, to consider and take on record Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 3rd quarter/nine months (Q3/9M FY16) ended December 31, 2015. Further pursuant to the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed with immediate effect from January 12, 2016 till 48 hours after the announcement of the aforesaid financial results to the public.
