Nucleus Software Exports has received an approval to acquire a mobile technology solutions company, subject to the terms and conditions. This transaction has been approved up to the investment limit of Rs 5 crore.
The board of directors at its meeting held on January 20, 2016 has approved for the same. This acquisition will be part of the company’s strategic growth initiatives.
