With the above stated filing, the Amalgamation of ACE TC Rentals (Transferor Company) with Action Construction Equipment (Transferee Company) has been effective with effect from January 22, 2016, (the Effective Date).The Appointed Date for the Scheme of Amalgamation is April 01, 2014.
