BEML, a Public Sector undertaking under the Ministry of Defence, has received the prestigious ‘Raksha Mantri’s Award for Excellence’ under the Institutional Award category for Best Performance in Exports during 2012-13.
During 2012-13, the company has made exports aggregating to Rs 198.12 crore. BEML’s products are exported to around 63 Countries across the globe.
BEML, the brand name over a period of five decades, known for its huge Mining & Construction Equipment like Dozers, Excavators, Draglines, Rope Shovels, Pipe Layers etc., has not only maintaining major share in the domestic market, but also has sizeable presence in overseas markets.
