Tata Power organizes energy conservation drive

Tata Power, India’s largest integrated private power utility has organized an energy conversation drive at Kalinganagar in Odisha. This initiative was undertaken with the objective of creating awareness on energy conservation among the school children from class VIII and IX of St. Mary’s school in Kalinganagar.

More than 120 students gathered with an urge to gain knowledge on effective ways of energy conservation. In addition to this, a quiz contest was organized by the company to encourage participation and also share and gain knowledge.

Tata Power is India's largest private sector power utility with an installed generation capacity of about 4772 MW and a presence in all the segments of the power sector viz Generation (thermal, hydro, solar and wind), Transmission, Distribution and Trading.
