Further, the window for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from February 10, 2016 to February 13, 2016 in view of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company. Accordingly, all the designated employees of the Company have been intimated not to trade in Company’s shares during the aforesaid period.
