PBM Polytex has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 08, 2016, has considered and approved the appointment of Mukesh Prajapat, an Associate Member of the ICSI and an existing employee of the Company, as Company Secretary of the Company as required section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013. He will be designated as Assistant Company Secretary and shall also act as Compliance Officer pursuant to regulation 6 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, and the directors discussed in detail about the illegal Go Slow tactics adopted by the Petlad Unit workers (as intimated to the Stock Exchanges on January 22, 2016) causing loss of production of about 25-30% and noted that normal production has started since February 06, 2016.
