Gujarat Borosil has informed that Ashok Jain will cease to be Whole Time Director & Key managerial personnel of the Company with effect from February 20, 2016 (on his retirement). The Board recorded their appreciation for his contribution to the Company, during his tenure as a Whole Time Director. Also, Board approved continuation of Ashok Jain, as a Non-Executive Director of the Company till his retirement as Director by rotation. The Company will soon appoint a new Whole Time Director.
