Ravindra Trading to co-develop 18 MW Solar Power Projects

Ravindra Trading & Agencies has received an approval for incorporation of 8 Limited Liability Partnerships (Special Purpose Vehicles) which will co-develop 18 MW Solar Power Projects with the farmers, under the Karnataka Small Farmers Policy. The board of directors at its meeting held on February 08, 2016 has approved for the same.

The board also noted the proposal of Renuka Resource (Singapore), a step-down subsidiary, to transfer its entire investment of 72.09% in shares of Renuka Global Minerals, Mauritius to Renuka Energy Resource Holdings (FZE), UAE, 100% subsidiary of the company.

Ravindra Trading & Agencies engages in the installation of solar photovoltaic power packs in India. It offers solar systems for irrigation pumps, petrol stations, and telecom towers. The company is also involved in trading of sugar; and production, marketing, and trading of coal.
