CESC has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2015.
The company has reported 0.90% rise in its net profit at Rs 112 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 as compared to Rs 111 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The company’s total income has increased by 24.49% to Rs 1581 crore for the quarter under review from Rs 1270 crore for the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
CESC is engaged in power generation and distribution in state of West Bengal. CESC is a fully integrated power utility with its operation spanning the entire value chain: right from mining coal, generating power, distribution of power.
