Prestige Estates Projects has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2015.
The company has reported 34.84% fall in its net profit at Rs 64.85 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 as compared to Rs 99.52 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The company’s total income has decreased by 11.35% to Rs 572.01 crore for the quarter under review from Rs 645.22 crore for the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
On the consolidated basis, the group has posted a net profit after taxes, minority interest and share of profit of associates of Rs 63.6 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2015. Total Income stood at Rs 1000.23 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.
