Fortis Healthcare (India) will operate and manage the 50-bed cardiac care unit of HLG hospital in Asansol, West Bengal and set up three new hospitals taking its total bed capacity to 10,270 beds. It will build a 45-bed boutique hospital in Cochin, a multi-specialty hospital in Bilaspur and a tertiary care centre in Bengaluru.
