DLF, Partners to Sell Pune, Noida IT Parks for 1,300 cr

DLF, the country’s largest builder, will sell its shareholding in two buildings in Pune and Noida that house IT parks. The combined sale by DLF and co-promoters Ackruti City and The 3C Company is expected to generate Rs1,300 crore, of which DLF will get the maximum share. Blackstone is likely to buy the IT SEZ in Pune for Rs 900 crore while Noida IT Park is expected to be sold for for Rs 400 crore. DLF holds a 70% stake in each of the two properties. Ackruti City is a co-promoter in the Pune venture, while The 3C Company is a partner in the Noida IT park, with 30% each. Both partners are also selling their stakes. crackcrack
