Patel Integrated Logistics has received an approval for formation of new subsidiary company which will be through proposed joint venture and with capital contribution of approximately up to Rs 20-25 crore to carry specific business of logistic services of e-commerce related delivery of online products. The board of directors at its meeting held on February 09, 2016 has approved for the same.
Patel Integrated Logistics is engaged in the business of surface cargo transportation of goods export of sea foods, leather goods, granite, garments, engineering goods, medical equipment, etc.
