Godrej Properties is currently trading at Rs. 281.00, up by 6.05 points or 2.20% from its previous closing of Rs. 274.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 279.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 283.35 and Rs. 279.00 respectively. So far 5204 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 374.50 on 20-Oct-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 231.55 on 30-Apr-2015.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 291.00 and Rs. 274.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5596.38 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 72.85% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 9.28% and 17.38% respectively.

Godrej Properties is aiming to garner sales revenue of about Rs 1,500 crore this year through monetisation of its commercial assets in Mumbai, Kolkata and Chandigarh. The company has completed the construction of its commercial properties at Kolkata and Chandigarh, while the BKC project would be completed in next 3-4 months.

The realty firm in September had sold 435,000 sq ft of office space at Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) in Mumbai for a good valuation of Rs 1,479 crore.

Godrej Properties, the real estate arm of the Godrej group, has about 300,000 sq ft of office space left in the BKC project and about a million sq ft of commercial space in Kolkata and Chandigarh.
