Mohit Industries has informed that on February 22, 2016, the Hon’ble High Court, of Gujarat at Ahmedabad has orally pronounced a common order sanctioning the Scheme of Demerger of the AAC Block Division of Mohit Industries Limited into Bigbloc Construction Limited. This Scheme was approved by the Shareholders of Mohit Industries Limited at the Court Convened Meeting held on November 10, 2015. The effectiveness of the said Scheme is subject to filing of a copy of the said order with the Gujarat, Registrar of Companies. The authenticated and certified copy of the order is awaited. Upon receipt of the Certified Copy of the Order, the Company shall notify the Stock Exchanges and also upload the said order on the website of the Company.
