Sadbhav Engineering declines as its tolling operations at ‘Rohtak Panipat Tollway’ gets affected

Sadbhav Engineering is currently trading at Rs. 201.00, down by 4.05 points or 1.98% from its previous closing of Rs. 205.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 207.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 207.00 and Rs. 198.45 respectively. So far 1766 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 385.00 on 13-Mar-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 198.45 on 25-Feb-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 236.00 and Rs. 198.45 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3464.98 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 47.10% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 42.22% and 10.68% respectively.

Sadbhav Engineering’s tolling operations at its step-down subsidiary company ‘Rohtak Panipat Tollway’ has been temporarily affected from February 17, 2016 till date. The operation has been affected due to agitation/violence going on in the state of Haryana.

The company, a subsidiary of Sadbhav Engineering (SEL), was incorporated in 2007 as a developer and operator for highways, road and related projects on a BOT basis.
