With reference to the earlier announcement dated February 13, 2016 regarding Financial Results for December 31, 2015, Shri Krishna Devcon has now informed that while scrutiny of the account the Company found that due to some typographical error the figures of the December quarter (i.e. October 01, 2015 to December 31, 2015) was replaced with the figures of Nine months ended (i.e. April 01, 2015 to December 31, 2015). Due to which figures of both the period appears same on Financial result of December Quarter. While the result of the said December quarter has published correctly in the Newspaper. Newspaper cutting is attached herewith.
