Pincon Spirit has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for taking over of 3 Running Bottling unit in West Bengal for Indian Made Indian Liquor (IMIL) (Country Spirit) Plant along with the Two Leading & Reputed Brand ‘Udan’ and ‘Bengal Tiger’. This transaction is subject to definitive agreements and regulatory approvals.

Pincon Spirit is engaged in the business of Blending, Bottling and Wholesale Distribution of Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) Products viz. Rum, Whisky, Vodka, Brandy and Beer (alcoholic beverage).
