KEC International, an RPG Group company, has sold the leasehold rights on its land to Vodafone Shared Services Ltd for Rs 72.5 crore. The 7.63 acre land is at Trans Thane Creek Industrial Area, near Vashi, Mumbai. it had taken the land on a 95-year lease from the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation and used it as a tower testing station, which had since been decommissioned.
