Pincon Spirit has acquired Orbitol Solutions, a Singapore-based merchant trading and agriculture business company. The company’s business is dispersed through South-East Asia.
The company is planning to make Orbitol Solutions its subsidiary. The company has also signed an agreement for taking over of three operational bottling units in West Bengal for Indian Made Indian Liquor (IMIL).
This strategic transaction will enable the company to export its own liquor brands to the South-East Asian market. Simultaneously, the company will import foreign-made liquor and pulses of foreign produce for marketing the same in India.
Pincon Spirit is engaged in the business of Blending, Bottling and Wholesale Distribution of Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) Products viz. Rum, Whisky, Vodka, Brandy and Beer (alcoholic beverage).
