Noida Toll Bridge Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 10, 2016, to consider payment of Interim Dividend on the Equity Shares of the Company, for the Financial Year 2015-2016. Further, in view of the ensuing Board Meeting, the ‘Trading Window’ of the Company shall remain closed with immediate effect and shall open 48 hours after the declaration of the dividend (if approved), being made public.
