Indo Rama Synthetics’ 100% step down subsidiary - Indo Rama Renewables Jath, has signed Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Tata Power Renewable Energy, for disposing-off 30 MW Wind Farm in Maharashtra. The move to divest wind asset will provide an impetus to further grow polyester business of Indo Rama Synthetics (India).
Indo Rama Synthetics (India) manufactures synthetic yarn, partially oriented yarn, polyester stable fiber and drawn textured yarn for both domestic and export sales.
