Virat Crane Industries has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 10, 2016, has approved the interim dividend to equity share holders of the Company. The Board Declares and approved the payment of interim dividend of Rs 0.50 per each equity share having face value of Rs 10 each, (i.e. 5% on face value of the equity share) for the financial year 2015-16. Further, the interim dividend shall be paid to the equity share holders entitled thereto, on and from March 22, 2016. The Dividend cheques would be posted on or after March 22, 2016.
