Visagar Financial Services has received an approval to open a branch office of the company at Udaipur, Rajasthan with the purpose of starting its business operations in Udaipur and adjoining areas. The board of directors at its meeting held on March 10, 2016 has approved for the same.
Besides, the board has also authorized Tilokchand Kothari to set up such office and perform all such activities as may be required in this regard.
Visagar Financial Services is presently engaged in the business of bill discounting and in the business of trading in shares and securities.
