ICICI Bank advances on raising $700 million through offshore bonds

ICICI Bank is currently trading at Rs. 222.45, up by 0.75 points or 0.34% from its previous closing of Rs. 221.70 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 223.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 224.80 and Rs. 221.80 respectively. So far 280089 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 342.00 on 19-Mar-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 180.80 on 26-Feb-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 224.80 and Rs. 210.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 130047.54 crore.

The Institutions and Non-Institutions held 87.86% and 12.13% respectively.

ICICI Bank, acting through its DIFC (Dubai) branch, priced an issuance of 10 year fixed rate notes of an aggregate principal amount of $700 million. The notes were sold under the rule 144A/RegS format. The notes carry a coupon of 4.00% and were offered at an issue price of 99.592.
