A2Z Infra Engineering has informed that a Settlement has been agreed by and between A2Z Green Waste Management Ltd. (hereinafter referred as ‘A2Z Green Waste’) a direct subsidiary of A2Z Infra Engineering and Barclays Bank PLC regarding the outstanding amount of INR 26.65 Crores Approx. (including principle and interest as well as penal interest, if any). In this regard as mutually agreed an amount of INR 4.75 crores shall be payable by A2Z Green Waste TO Barclays Bank as One Time Settlement (‘OTS’) in lieu of full and final payment of all its principal, interest, future interest, penal interest, other charges etc.
