Indo Borax & Chemicals trades higher on the BSE

Indo Borax & Chemicals is currently trading at Rs 310.00, up by 12.00 points or 4.03% from its previous closing of Rs 298.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 305.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 310.00 and Rs. 295.00 respectively. So far 528 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'XC' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 397.90 on 29-May-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 225.30 on 27-Mar-2015.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 315.90 and Rs. 292.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 99.48 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 55.42% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.11% and 44.47% respectively.

Indo Borax & Chemicals' Pithampur plant will remain closed from March 15, 2016 for upgradation of electricity transformer, sub-station and other related equipments till March 31, 2016. However, there will be no effect on the sales during the closure period of plant, as the company is having sufficient inventory.

Indo Borax & Chemicals operates a most modern Boric Acid and Borax plant at Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh. The plant also enjoys the approval of Food and Drug Administration for manufacturing pharmaceutical grade of Boric Acid.
