Tata Power, India's largest integrated power company has been recognised as one of India’s most sustainable companies with the ‘Sustainable Plus Platinum’ label for FY15. The company has received a high sustainability rating ‘A’ for its sustainability performance according to a new assessment done by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).

Tata Power has also adopted the guidelines laid down by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) for its sustainability reporting which encompasses the 'triple bottom line' (TBL) approach ie focus on financial, social and environmental performance.
