With reference to the earlier letter dated March 11, 2016, wherein the Company had informed that the appeal filed by the Company before Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) against the order of SEBI levying a penalty of Rs 2 Crores on the Company for alleged violation of Clause 36 of the listing agreement, will come up for hearing on March 22, 2016. In this regard, New Delhi Television has now informed that the matter was adjourned and the next date of hearing is now fixed for May 05, 2016.
