City Union Bank has inaugurated seven new branches in state of Tamil Nadu on March 28, 2016. The bank has opened 501st and 502nd branch at Tirunelveli district and Tuticorin district while both the 503rd and 504th branch were inaugurated at Madurai district.

The bank has inaugurated 505th, 506th and 507th branch at Kanniyakumari district, Mayiladuthurai district and Chidambaram respectively in state of Tamil Nadu.

City Union Bank offers a suite of products across deposits, loans, investment solutions, payments and cards. The Bank operates in four segments, which includes Corporate/Wholesale banking, Retail Banking, Treasury and Other Banking Operations. The Bank offers services, such as internet banking, mobile banking, including online funds transfer and fixed deposit operations.
