Nitesh Estates has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 28, 2016, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016. Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Code of Fair Trade Practices and Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider trading of the Company, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from the opening of trading hours on April 04, 2016 till the close of trading hours on May 31, 2016. The results will be declared on the conclusion of the meeting.
