Central bank of India (CBI) has received two awards for excellence in HR policies and practices in the banking industry from Greentech Foundation. In a two day conference, the bank has received two awards, a Platinum Award in Best HR Strategy category and a Gold award for HR Innovation in Employees retention policy category.
Greentech Foundation Awards spotlight the importance of the entire profession and recognizes excellence in HR Practices and Systems. The awards take a comprehensive look at the full spectrum of HR throughout the country and are presented only to the most outstanding achievers in these areas.
Recently, Central Bank of India was awarded with Exemplary Brand Leader Award for projecting excellent Brand image in the country.
