The company’s export surged 46% YoY in March 2016.
In segmental growth, the company’s Passenger car segment grew by 3% in March 2016 year on year (YoY), while the company’s LCV & MHCV segment volumes grew by 33% YoY in March 2016. Furthermore, the company’s domestic Tractor segment volumes grew by 17% in March 2016 YoY.
SSWL is a part of the Steel Strips Group, headquartered in Chandigarh. It is engaged in the manufacturing of single piece steel wheel rims in the range of 10 to 30 inches for scooters, passenger cars, utility vehicles and tractors. It supplies rims to almost all major manufacturers of two wheelers, three wheelers, four wheelers, tractors and heavy commercial vehicle.
