Subsequently, Sanjay Nimbalkar, Chief Financial Officer of the Company has been temporarily appointed as Compliance Officer by the Board of Directors in the Board Meeting held on February, 08, 2016 to be effective from the date of retiring of Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer Himesh Pandya.
