DLF will soon launch a luxury housing project in Gurgaon with an expected sales realisation of about Rs 700 crore. The company will offer 562 premium apartments in the project 'Regal Gardens', which is spread over 11 acres. The project is part of the 450-acre integrated township 'Garden City' in Gurgaon. Last week, DLF -- country's largest realty firm -- had sold 350 luxury flats worth about Rs 500 crore in another luxury project 'The Primus' in the township. DLF has earmarked an investment of Rs 8,000 crore to develop the integrated township at Gurgaon within 2-3 years. The proposed township - DLF Garden City will be spread over sectors 86, 87, 90, 91 and 92 (new Gurgaon), and will comprise of group housing, commercial and plotted development.
