Lloyds Metals and Energy has resumed mining activities at Surjagarh Iron Ore mines at Gadchiroli in Maharashtra. The iron ore material from the mine has started coming to the factory. Further, the company has received 71,302 CERs (Certified Emission Reductions) from UNFCCC (United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change). This is issued against the power produced at the waste to energy plant during the period from 27 May 2013 to 30 June 2014
