Further, in accordance with the SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the ‘Trading Window’ of the Company shall remain closed from April 20, 2016 to April 25, 2016 for the Directors / Designated Employees / Auditor / law firms, etc. of the Company in respect of the above results.
