MEP Infrastructure Developers in joint venture (JV) with Sanjose India Infrastructure & Construction has been declared as the Successful Bidder [L1] by MORTH (Ministry of Road Transport and Highways) for four Laning of Kante - Waked section of NH-17 (New NH-66) from km. 281.300 to km 332.200 (Total length 50.900 km) in the State of Maharashtra under NHDP Phase-IV on Hybrid Annuity Mode.
The construction period for the said project is 2 years from the appointment date and concession period is 15 years (excluding construction period of 2 years). The Net Present Value (NPV) of bid project cost and O&M bid is Rs 805.59 crore. The company will receive bi-annual annuity from MORTH post commercial operation date (COD).
MEP Infrastructure Developers is engaged in tolling operations of the road infrastructure sector, with a pan-India presence.
