SpiceJet to add more flights for summer season: Report

In order to cater to increased travel demand during the summer, SpiceJet, the country’s budget carrier has reportedly decided to operate additional flight services between Delhi and three other destinations from May 10, 2016.  The company will operate its third flight between Delhi and Dharamshala, which witnesses a surge in tourist flow during this period.  Besides, the airline will roll out fourth additional frequency to Chandigarh from Delhi and a second flight on the Delhi-Amritsar route.

SpiceJet was among the first private companies that stepped into the Indian aviation sector. The airline was launched with an objective to deliver the lowest air fares with the highest consumer value, to price sensitive consumers. The company has alliance with some of the best names known globally like Honeywell, Weber Seats, etc, to ensure highest safety standards.
