Everlon Synthetics has received an approval to dispose-off 50,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each held by the company in its wholly owned subsidiary - Everlon Power. Pursuant to this, Everlon Power will cease to be subsidiary of the company. The board at its meeting held on February 04, 2012 has approved for the same.
Everlon Power was incorporated on December 31, 2010, for doing business of generation, distribution of electrical power etc.
Everlon Synthetics is engaged in the business of manufacturing textile yarns and share investment and advising. It manufactures polyester texturized yarn and polyester twisted yarn.
