Tulip Star Hotels has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is convened on May 19, 2016, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year 2015-16 and quarter ended March 31, 2016. Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will remain closed from April 21, 2016 to May 22, 2016 for the purpose of announcement of the Audited results of the Company for the financial year 2015-16 and quarter ended March 31, 2016. The Trading Window shall re-open from May 23,2016.
