MEP Infrastructure Developers receives LoA from MORTH

MEP Infrastructure Developers (MEP) in joint venture (JV) with Sanjose India Infrastructure & Construction has received Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from MORTH (Ministry of Road Transport & Highways) for Rehabilitation and upgradation of NH 66 (Old NH 17) from km. 281/300 to km 332/200 (Kante - Waked section) to four lane in the state of Maharashtra under NHDP - IV on hybrid annuity mode.

The construction period for the said project is 2 years from the appointment date and concession period is 15 years (excluding construction period of 2 years). The bid project cost is Rs 826.28 crore and O&M bid is Rs 11.60 crore. The company will receive bi-annual annuity from MORTH post commercial operation date (COD).

MEP Infrastructure Developers is engaged in tolling operations of the road infrastructure sector, with a pan-India presence. MEP Infra is in the business of pure toll collection projects as well as OMT projects, which involve maintenance obligations in addition to toll collection on operational roads (including highways) constructed by third parties.
