Sanket International is contemplating to develop the residential project under the Slum Rehabilitation Scheme at Malad, Mumbai. The company has initiated the procedure of taking various approvals from the respective authorities.
The company has obtained the commencement certificate for construction of the rehabilitation units partly and the construction for the same has been commenced. The construction activities for the saleable portion, however, will be commenced once all the required approvals are in place.
The company is currently evaluating the area which can be developed in the light of New Development Control Regulation by BMC that the company believes to be in the range of 2,50,000 square feet to 2,75,000 square feet. Sanket International is basically involved in the business of finance. The company gets its income from the sale of shares and securities, flats, interest income and profit from the sale of securities.
